Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or handed over to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel or change the order.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a package is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, unpaid taxes, incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to respond to the carrier or customs authority, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, carrier fees, and any non-recoverable costs.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Because our products ship internationally from Korea, cancellations are available only before an order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been packed, processed, fulfilled, or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.
International returns are limited. If a return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing due to our mistake.
