We pack and ship orders from Korea. Items are selected from Korean suppliers, checked by us, and prepared for international delivery.

Most international orders arrive in about 7-14 business days after shipment, but timing can vary by country, carrier, customs review, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Yes. After your order is packed and handed to the international carrier, we add the final tracking number to your order so you can follow the shipment.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been purchased from the Korean supplier or packed for international shipping, we will do our best to cancel it. Once supplier purchasing, packing, or shipment has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Because orders ship internationally from Korea, returns can be limited and return shipping may be expensive. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order number so we can review it.

If tracking stops updating for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help check the shipment status with the carrier. Carrier investigations can take time, and the final outcome depends on the carrier and destination country.

Yes. We source products from Korean shops, brands, museums, makers, and suppliers. We do not list items as official licensed goods unless the source information supports that.

Product prices and shipping charges do not usually include destination-country duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless clearly stated at checkout. These fees are set by your country and may be collected before or after delivery.

International shipping from Korea includes overseas postage, tracking, packaging, handling, and carrier fees. Small orders can feel expensive because many carrier costs are fixed no matter how small the package is.
